Ninja Pro (CTI) provides a graphical user interface for hardware IP telephones from SNOM and Aastra. Features of desk telephones combine with the advantages of Ninja Outlook CTI and Ninja TAPI, dialling from any application software (pause key) and PHandler CTI elegantly. With Ninja CTI lots of new features are available for SNOM and Aastra desk telephones; features that have previously been very complicated to turn into reality. TAPI CTI
Like in all other commercial versions Ninja Pro (CTI) provides the proven and reliable TAPI interface. The Ninja TSP driver, which is integral part of Ninja links the softphone with telephone book CD ROMs, CRM software (Cobra, ACT, etc.) and all other programs or devices that support the TAPI standard.

Ninja Pro (CTI) is easy to connect with web browser based CRM software. For inbound calls we can provide a simple solution that enables you to realize backward search even for internet-based solutions. The same applies to outbound calls that are initiated via web interface. Simply ask us for PHandler CTI. This product is individually configured for you. |
