Ninja for SIP Providers as Co-Brand or White Label
Ninja is a carrier-grade SIP software telephone that can be individually adapted to specific requirements of Voice over IP service providers. User Interface adaptions, custom installation processes as well as useful wizards can essentially be adapted to specific needs. It is thus possible for you to offer your end customers preconfigured software for download so that the installation process is made very easy.

What is a Co-Brand?
A „Co-Brand“ is the joint appearance of two established brands for mutual image transfer and for the more successful marketing of products. Besides a long-term association do both brands remain independent, but they are perceived to form a cooperation. Global IP Telecommunications Ltd. reserves the right to display their logo (and/or hyperlinks) on the graphical user interface and keeps copyright information as well as references to the manufacturer in the product.
What is a White Label?
White Label products are entirely branded to a customer like you. All references to Global IP Telecommunications Ltd. are removed so that you're the manufacturer of the software. The licencee (you) gives the software a new name and acts on his own authority.
How are Co-Brands or White Labels created?
"Factory Phase":
Includes all technical adaptions as Domain, proxy, URLs, other settings - but also implementation of special technical requirements.
"Graphical Phase":
Graphical changes are usually implemented in parallel with the technical adaptions. Graphical changes include all settings for the graphical elements of the software (skin).
Scope and details for both tasks greatly depend on customer requirements.
What are the steps?
In order to enable us to fulfill your wishes for your individualized Ninja softphone in a timely fashion, we follow this procedure:
- If available, please make informations of your project, that can help us, available to us
- We review this data and inform you about feasibility and about the estimated time to create the product.
- If graphical drafts are available, we create adaptions of user interface together with you.
- We then create a "Preview" version and test it together with you for functionality and completeness.
- As soon as we know that all specifications are met, we create the "Final" build.
