Is my Headset/Handset compatible with Ninja. My headset does not appear in the list of supported USB devices in the Ninja settings dialog?!?
Yes, the headset / handset can also be used if it is not listed in the list of supported USB devices. The USB Dlls are extensions for several devices that offer additional functions. For example: buttons can be used for special features like "Accept Call" or "Hangup". If there is no such DLL for your device available, you can still use it as standard audio device!
